Gather your materials


Use cut outs, backing with medium weight interfacing

Collect your free pattern here.

Cut out main fabric, lining & heavy weight interfacing.

Press iron on interfacing gently

Sew on the patch using a small zag stitch 

Line up the main fabric & lining, wrong sides together and stitch using small 3 mm seam allowance

Leave an opening here, stitch the corner


Note 3mm seam allowance

Turn through using a bodkin in the corners

Top stitch the entire perimeter (sew the opening too)

Insert a little tab for your ring, secure with a clip before sewing

Align the folds in the correct order, the bottom is last. Stitch down the edges securely

Press in your stud. I have used the hand tool. (Make sure you hammer secure too, using the metal tool)

Attach a ring for mutiple uses. You may like a pull clip too!
